Michael is the founder of USPB Group LLC and House Hustlers, with 25+ years of experience in business and real estate.

He leads USPB's acquisitions and creative deal structuring — working directly with property owners, wholesalers, and investors across Utah, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Through House Hustlers, Michael teaches creative real estate strategies including Subject-To, seller financing, wholesaling, and deal analysis.
