USPB Group LLC is a real estate investment company. We purchase properties directly from owners, sell properties we own or control under contract, and work with wholesalers, agents, and investors on acquisitions and joint ventures.

We are not a traditional real estate brokerage and do not list or represent third-party sellers.

Through House Hustlers, we also teach creative real estate investing and build a community of people learning to do deals the right way.

Every property has a story, and every seller has a situation. We look for solutions that work for both sides — whether that's a cash purchase, taking over payments, seller financing, or a partnership.

Some properties we renovate with partners. Many are assigned or wholesaled as-is to investors who will improve them.
